Unirose Shipcare International was established by Capt. Saifullah Al-Mamun in 2007 as a consultancy firm to assist ship owners especially in Bangladesh for ship's registration initially in the Maritime Administration of UNION OF COMOROS and now the company is assisting the owners for vessels' registration in various open ship registries including but not limited to Panama Ship Registry, one of the oldest and is now the largest of the open ship registers in the world. We do analyze the difficulties for ship owners to comply with flag States' bureaucracy or ratified conventions and advise them accordingly. Ever since company's establishment, above 65 vessels have been registered through us, among them majority are in Panama.

In 2007, October, Unirose Shipcare International / Captain Saifullah Al-Mamun was appointed as the Deputy Commissioner of 'Union of Comoros Maritime Administration' in Bangladesh and till today we have added tonnage of about 150,000 GT (about 15 vessels) in the COMOROS registry.

In 2008 the Unirose Shipcare International became the Bangladesh Representative to 'Panama Marine Survey and Certification Services Inc.' and till Jan 2017 various statutory surveys were conducted by our field surveyors on behalf of 'Panama Marine Survey and Certification Services Inc.'

From beginning of 2008, Captain Saifullah Al-Mamun/Unirose Shipcare International has started to perform Annual Safety Inspections (ASI) at the port of Chittagong for the incoming vessels of Panama Flag. We can also carry out annual safety inspections outside the country if so ship-owners do arrange.

Antigua and Barbuda

Since 2008, Captain Saifullah Al-Mamun/Unirose Shipcare International has started to perform Annual Safety Inspections (ASI) and Initial Safety Inspection (ISI) at the port of Chittagong for the vessels of 'Antigua and Barbuda W.I.' In mid of 2008, the company was appointed as the 'Filing Agent' by the 'General Consulate of Panama' for the PANAMA CT Endorsement of Seafarers. We are enlisted with the Panamanian Consulate of Bangkok and Seoul. The company ensures prompt delivery of seafarers' documents and works to process the applications on a 24/7 basis. Annually we process huge number of applications received from various Manning Agents, Seafarers, Vessels' Operators and Owners.

Unirose Shipcare International (Captain Saifullah Al-Mamun) is a non exclusive surveyor to Union Marine Classification Society-known as UMCS-offers a wide range of services related to the Classification, Statutory certification, Consultation and Technical Supervision of vessels. We have done couple of ships' change of Class to UMCS from this office. UMCS currently, provides statutory services for the Union of Comoros flag.

We are the former SURVEYOR & AUDITOR to INTERMARITIME CERTIFICATION SERVICES, S.A. [ICS CLASS], PANAMA and worked till 2011. We carried out a few MARPOL inspections on behalf of ICS Class. The Company is in process to obtain re-authorization.

Our technical staffs consisting with ex-Master Mariner and Chief Engineer are ready to fly all over the world to perform surveys and audits as requested.
